We employ strict security protocols to ensure your data is safe. All files are transferred via secure FTPs or encrypted cloud links. Once a project is completed and approved, all raw and edited files are permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days to ensure absolute confidentiality.

4. Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

We are always willing to sign a strict NDA before commencing any work to give you complete peace of mind regarding your proprietary images.

1. Copyrights & Ownership

You retain full copyright and ownership of all images submitted to Pixel Refiner. We claim no rights over your photographs. We merely provide a post-production service and will never use, sell, or distribute your images to any third party.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial for new clients to evaluate our quality. The free trial is limited to a small number of images (usually 2-3) depending on the complexity of the service requested. Pixel Refiner reserves the right to refuse a free trial if we suspect misuse of the offer.

3. Revisions & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the final edited images, we offer free revisions within 14 days of project delivery. Revisions must align with the original instructions provided; new instructions may incur additional charges.

4. Payment Terms

We offer flexible payment terms. Invoices are generated based on the agreed-upon rates. We accept payments via multiple secure gateways including PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Wise, and Payoneer. For regular clients, we can set up weekly or monthly billing cycles.

5. Turnaround Time

We pride ourselves on fast delivery. Standard turnaround time is 12 to 24 hours depending on the volume and complexity. The exact deadline will be confirmed at the time of order placement.
